Our reunion was held at the Matterhorn Restaurant in Elkhart, September 9, 2023 and there was a very nice turnout! There were nearly 850 “kids” in our class, but through the years we have remained very close for a class of that size. Conversations began right where they left off 5 years ago at our 50th reunion, which is a good indication of the level of friendships formed over the years… even if we did not know each other well during our high school years. There is a strong bond.

Several teachers attended the reunion and it was so nice to have them among us!

Our reunion committee thanks all of those who attended the reunion (some came from a long distance), and our thoughts were with those who were not able to attend. Even though the current Elkhart High School has another mascot name, our motto at this reunion was “Once a Blazer, Always a Blazer!”
